![]() Many thanks.Įdited by Chris Cosgrove, 20 October 2020 - 05:48 PM. If the user clicks CANCEL, Mozilla nevertheless forgets the old password (saved by the password manager), and refuses to perform another mail fetch attempt until the user re-types the POP server password. I know that I should have noted it but I didn’t and the note I saw said something about suspicious activity so I wonder if someone switched my access off.Īnyway, there are a number of Emails waiting for me to open and answer them and I'm unable to action them so can anyone suggest what I need to. Thunderbird keep asking me for my mail server password. I then opened up my Laptop and looked for Emails and a message came up saying, " could not be found" I think it mentioned the system had been compromised." But o fcourse there is no point in asking, "Email me when someone answers the thread" because nothing is coming through. The server may have goner down or there may be a network problem. A message then comes up saying, "Server has disconnected. My Mozilla Thunderbird Email will not open and keeps asking for my password then ignoring it.
